01In-house design studio builds every line from yarn upward — silhouette drafting, textile selection and embroidery CAD, so buyers approve exactly what the loom and the karigar will produce. Tech packs and size sets are documented to international standards before sampling begins.
02Fabric is woven and dyed under one roof with our partner mills — AZO-free dyes, lab-dip approvals and lot-controlled shade banks. Every programme is dyed in lots large enough to guarantee colour consistency across the full order, which is what separates programme supply from open-market sourcing.
03Zardozi, gotta patti, resham, cutdana and sequin work is executed by our own embroidery units — not subcontracted. Frame allocation, karigar schedules and daily quality rounds let us run dense bridal work and light occasion work in parallel without missing dates.
04Four-stage inspection — inline, pre-finishing, final measurement and pre-pack — with AQL-based sampling on every consignment. Buttonholes, linings, falls and finishes are checked to spec, and every order ships with inspection documentation your QC team can audit.
05Export-grade packing with size and colour-wise assortment, barcode-ready labels and complete documentation — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and whatever your market's compliance desk requires. Air and sea programmes both managed end to end.
